The Rotary Club of Ibadan Bodija Estate will on Monday, May 18, 2026, formally induct His Royal Majesty, Oba Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, as an honorary member of the club at the monarch’s palace in Oke Aremo, Ibadan.
The induction ceremony is expected to attract prominent dignitaries within and outside the Rotary family, corporate leaders, traditional rulers, and community stakeholders in recognition of Oba Ladoja’s contributions to humanity, leadership, and community development.
Leading the delegation of Rotary officials expected at the occasion is the District Governor of Rotary International District 9126, Mr. Ken Batife, alongside other district officers and members of the Rotary movement across the district.
Also expected at the event are the Managing Director of Graphic Packaging International, Oyo State Mr. Anthony Fitzpatrick, and the Human Resource Manager of the company, Mr. Bode Sadare, among other distinguished guests.
According to organisers, the honorary induction is in recognition of Oba Ladoja’s enduring commitment to peace, community advancement, and the promotion of unity and development in Ibadanland and beyond.
The ceremony is expected to further strengthen the relationship between traditional institutions and service-oriented organisations committed to humanitarian causes and sustainable community impact.
