“Ogun Remains Hostile Terrain for Criminals” — CP Ojajuni as Police Rescue Kidnapped Driver, Neutralise Two Suspects

The Ogun State Commissioner of Police, CP Bode Ojajuni, has declared that the state will remain a “hostile terrain” for kidnappers and other violent criminals, following a major breakthrough by the command’s Anti-Kidnapping Unit which rescued an abducted truck driver, neutralised two suspected kidnappers and recovered two AK-47 rifles.

Ojajuni, while commending the operatives for their gallantry, professionalism and courage, said the successful operation demonstrated the command’s determination to relentlessly pursue criminal elements wherever they seek refuge. The operation also led to the recovery of 25 rounds of live ammunition, two mobile phones and ₦2 million suspected to be proceeds of criminal activities.
